Madrid metro stations – Spain

The metro entrances that have been installed over the last decade in the Spanish capital are made of granite in the original style of the architect Antonio Palacios.
Palacios designed the entrances to the metro stations in granite with their characteristic iron railings. He also designed the entrance pavilions at the Puerta del Sol and the Red de San Luis.
Granilouro has participated in the design, quartering, manufacture and installation of the new generation Antonio Palacios style mouths for the Madrid metro.
Within the simplicity of these beautiful entrances, we have to highlight the adaptation that some streets on slopes need, causing the kerbs to be resolved in a staggered form. The types of kerbs are adapted to the steps and always conform to the original designs of the architect Porriñes.
