This unique building has been clad in its noble areas in San Martiño Yellow granite with different finishes, bush-hammered, sawn, honed, polished, both indoors and outdoors, with important solid elements such as benches or the coastal ones of its base and cladding of various thicknesses on its walls and floors.
Even the ceilings were created in stone and the public bathrooms were fitted with countertops designed exclusively by the architects. The exterior urbanisation was also carried out by Granilouro.
